YogaOasis will support you in more deeply connecting to your inner Oasis! For your first yoga class we recommend Intro to Yoga (only $6!). This class is ideal for the raw beginner, those with minor limitations/injuires, and those who prefer an absolutely doable class. We hope you can come in for a class soon.
